GoHighLevel • Email Marketing • Funnels & Automation
Blending clinical precision with deep GoHighLevel expertise to build high-converting funnels, automated CRM systems, and engaging email lifecycles for scaling brands and agencies.
Let's ConnectMy path to marketing operations is unconventional. It started in healthcare. With a BS in Pharmacy and experience managing strict, HIPAA-compliant documentation as a Certified Medical Scribe, I learned early on that precision, data integrity, and flawless execution are non-negotiable.
I brought that same clinical rigor into the digital marketing space. Serving internally at GoHighLevel Corporate—evaluating and certifying aspiring platform experts—I gained a profound, insider's understanding of complex CRM architecture, automation logic, and enterprise-grade troubleshooting.
Today, I partner with transformative agencies, coaches, and event organizations to engineer resilient digital infrastructures. From capturing leads in high-converting funnels to nurturing them through strategic email lifecycles, I build systems that scale effortlessly.

Professional Journey
Account & CRM Manager | 2024 – Present
Acted as Account and CRM Manager in the spiritual space. My scope included providing technical support, setting up sales pages and marketing automations, and writing copy for newsletters and marketing emails while keeping records safe and confidential.
I played a key role in strategizing, planning, and marketing online events. I also created SEO-optimized blogs to maintain high digital relevance, along with conceptualization and light graphic design.
Product Marketing / Evaluation Specialist | 2024 – 2026
Worked internally as part of the Product Marketing Department for 2 years. My primary role was to certify aspiring GoHighLevel Experts. I proctored live exams and evaluated examinees' work strictly on a pass/fail basis to guarantee the highest quality of service across the platform.
Secondary responsibilities included managing the community, providing customer/ticket support, creating and running QA for a skills badge course, and supporting marketing events. Proudly served on the delegation team as a company exhibitor at the GoHighLevel Sponsored event in Manila (2025).
CRM Manager & Email Specialist | 2024 – Present
Handled event marketing automation, email copywriting, and sales page QA. As the CRM Manager, my core responsibility was making sure lead information and customer journeys were safe and smooth, maintaining organized records, and ensuring leadership was informed of all ticket sales and analytics.
I also provided technical support and SEO optimization for the company’s pages, ensuring optimal web searchability and clear communication of the company’s offers.
Web Technical Support | Late 2023
Provided dedicated technical support and domain registrar maintenance for a Florida-based realtor, specifically managing leadflowgo.com.
Certified GHL Expert & Copywriter | 2023
Working as a certified GoHighLevel Expert, my main role was functioning as a copywriter and content creator for a Social Media Marketing Agency, managing posts across LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram.
GoHighLevel System Specialist | 2023 – 2024
I got my first major client using GHL. I worked for a realtor who built his own 2-man agency managing 3 (and growing) sub-accounts. I honed my skills by creating sub-accounts, setting up A2P, pushing designed snapshots, creating workflows, and custom designs. I also built a knowledge system, providing video tutorials and technical support.
Digital Marketing Assistant | Late 2023
I transitioned to the digital marketing world later in 2023, starting as an outsourced assistant for a digital marketer specializing in websites and sales funnel snapshots.
I was responsible for creating wireframes and building the designs. Here, I learned various tools like Notion, Figma, and started my deep dive into GoHighLevel—mastering the website builder, email templates, and all of the platform's features.
Certified Medical Scribe | 2022 – 2023
I started my professional career as a medical scribe. I am a certified medical scribe at CoolBlueVA and worked remotely for the Back Office of Lam Clinic Integrative Medicine in Tustin, California, managing strict, HIPAA-compliant documentation.
Hospital Pharmacy Intern | 2018 – 2022
I am a pharmacy graduate, I had my on-the-job training at Pablo O. Torre / Riverside Medical Center Hospital Pharmacy. This rigorous environment built my foundational attention to detail and clinical precision.
Client Case Studies
I worked with a client whose business focused on hosting, organizing, and promoting events. Initially, I was responsible for creating and maintaining automations and building checkout pages. During quieter periods, I was also assigned to write email content and develop email campaign strategies.
This gave me the opportunity to apply my marketing planning and copywriting skills to different groups of leads and customers. The campaigns included follow-ups for people who had started a purchase but abandoned their carts, previous customers, and leads who had downloaded a lead magnet or attended a free webinar but had not yet purchased.
I also developed campaign strategies and content to re-engage customers who had not made another purchase since their last one. To make these campaigns easier to organize, I segmented the contact list so I could identify the appropriate audience for each campaign and tailor the messaging accordingly.
Result: These efforts contributed to recovering sales and surpassing the client's sales from the previous year.
While working with Benny Roberts Real Estate Agency, I helped create snapshots that were included in the agency's customer offer. I was responsible for creating website templates, funnel templates, playbooks, email templates, and SMS templates.
Because these assets were distributed to multiple client sub-accounts, we needed a consistent way to update details such as names, dates, phone numbers, and email addresses across the templates. To reduce repetitive checks and the risk of missing information, I configured the templates to use custom values and custom fields.
Clients could enter their business information once in the back end, and that information would appear wherever the corresponding values or fields were used. This reduced the need to edit the same information manually across multiple pages and templates, helping clients get their websites ready for launch.
I also proposed creating a checklist of the information clients needed to complete in the custom values and custom fields. The aim was to give them a clear guide for setting up the templates and preparing their websites for launch.
While working with a spiritual coach, I helped create a quiz-based lead magnet. After answering the quiz, participants would receive a result identifying which of the five Manifestation Intelligence types they possessed, based on the coach's framework.
The goal was to help leads understand their type and then nurture them toward booking coaching sessions to develop their innate abilities.
The quiz requirements were not well supported by the GoHighLevel functionality available to us for that project. I gathered the information needed for the lead magnet and used AI tools to create a desktop application.
After building the application, I added it to the client's landing page. The lead magnet was successfully launched.
While working with Benny Roberts, I supported a white-label agency built on GoHighLevel. Many of the agency's prospects were using kvCORE, as Benny was. I proposed creating our own GHL video tutorials instead of directing clients to official GHL tutorials.
These agency-specific videos would form part of the support we offered our customers. Although producing the tutorials required additional time, I saw an opportunity to get more value from the content.
I also proposed organizing the videos into a course that the agency could offer as a complementary resource alongside its existing SaaS packages. At the time, we had limited GHL learning resources available to share with our customers.
The initiative was helpful to the business by providing agency-specific support content and creating an opportunity to expand its training resources.
A client who was beginning to monetize her podcast wanted visitors to watch or listen to episodes directly on her landing page without being redirected to the podcast platform. Her goal was to keep visitors on the page and reduce the chance of them becoming distracted elsewhere.
The setup she requested was not natively supported in the GoHighLevel configuration we were using, so I used custom code to implement it. The initial implementation met her requirements on the first attempt.
I later tried hosting the full podcast site within the landing page itself so listeners could choose which episode to play rather than only having access to a featured episode. This work met the client's request, and she was satisfied with the solution.
I initially supported clients through technical assistance, website and automation setup, and CRM management. Over time, I developed my on-page and on-site SEO skills and began applying them to a client's website.
I updated the site's content, images, page structure, and links to make the information clearer and more relevant. The goal was to help search engines understand and index the website and its individual pages.
These efforts improved the website's visibility in search results. I also connected the site to Google Analytics and other reporting tools, including Microsoft Clarity, to help monitor website performance.
Another initiative to improve a client's visibility involved making better use of her existing blog content. I noticed that she was creating new posts and also had older articles that could be refreshed.
I proposed updating those articles to make the content more relevant to the keywords people were searching for within each topic. I also suggested adding useful, relevant resource links and publishing newsletters connected to the blog topics.
This approach helped us make better use of existing content and supported the client's visibility goals. The client was satisfied with the initiative.
